Our Story

Why a Bangalore-based AI studio is teaching kids in Patna for free.

The honest answer is: because no one else was going to.

Chapter 1 — The Question.

In late 2025, our team at Myrix Labs hired three engineers. All three were from small towns. None of them were from Bihar. Not because Bihari engineers are not brilliant — we know they are. But because the pipeline does not exist. The training does not exist. The on-ramp does not exist. We had a quiet meeting and asked one question: are we okay with that?

Chapter 2 — The Answer.

We were not okay with that. So we did the only thing engineers know how to do — we treated the absence as a bug and started building the fix. Bihar AI Mission is that fix. It is not a CSR project. It is not a tax-write-off. It is a side-project that has become the most important thing we do.

Chapter 3 — The Bet.

We are betting that talent is evenly distributed but opportunity is not, and that the cheapest way to fix the second is to refuse to accept it. We are betting that 1,000 Biharis trained in real AI work will, over 10 years, change the economic story of an entire state. We are betting on a place the algorithm has written off.

Chapter 4 — The Ask.

If you are from Bihar — apply. If you know someone from Bihar — send this. If you are a hiring manager — give our graduates a 30-minute interview, that is all we ask. If you are a sponsor — talk to us, but know that we will not change a single line of our curriculum to suit you.

We did not start Bihar AI Mission because we had time. We started it because we ran out of patience.
